The ideal candidate MUST be able to produce the following documentation:

• Valid Right To Work (RTW)

• Driving licence 

• 2 Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (e.g. bank statement, utility bill) or council tax or P60 dated the last 12 months

• National Insurance Number

• CSTF Training certificates

• Valid Enhanced DBS certificate

• Occupational health proof for MMR, TB/BCG, Varicella & Hepatitis B

• Latest Statement of Entry, NMC: https://online.nmc-uk.org/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=/

• 2 references with full name & work email address covering the last 3 years of your employment without gaps, your references to be your senior nurses.

• Professional qualification or nursing diploma

• Proof of Indemnity Insurance (a recent confirmation letter from RCN or Unison about your current membership)
